Who watched the season finale of American Idol tonight? Thoughts??

Loved the country duet Kris did, but I liked Adam’s KISS song even better since I’m more into over the top vocals, different crazy costumes, makeup, glitter, fire, attitude and energy. Being a Glambert I will say that I think he dominated since the beginning and not being the typical pretty boy is what made him entertaining!

I’ll be getting both of their CDs when they come out but I’ll still think that the title of the singing competition should have went to Adam who showed more versatility, vocal range and risk than Kris. I guess only time and cd sales will reveal the true winner

I’m confused that Norway won, I’ve been told the results even though I haven’t seen the show here in Canada yet. I don’t think they had the best song, video or performer. My favorites are:

Who are your favorites (if you tune in) and did you want Norway to win? Personally I think my home country Ukraine went for the kill and I don’t get how that little boy beat them. BOOO!!

Music: Cobra Starship -- (I Make) Good Girls Go Bad

Talking about the last post, I didn’t want to say anything until I found out my results because I still remember driving back that night, blurred, turning up the radio and not knowing what would happen.

I got my scores yesterday and passed that stats class. I feel like a bit of a drama queen now for doubting myself because even when I’m tired and confused I know you can get through it. No matter how tough and uncomfortable a situation is, you can always get through it. I was embarrassed for not being as good as the people who passed it the first time, but you know, so what if I’m bad at math? I’ll get a nice calculator, put in 3 extra hours, I’ll make mistakes and get mad at people who can easily remember those insane formulas…but I don’t mind because all I can do is try to make it work.

With that said I’ll leave you with some random youtube vids of the day. The first is of Taylor Momsen’s (Gossip Girl) first show. I think she’s good and I like her attitude.

And then this one is of Adam Lambert (my favourite idol) and a weather fangirl who single handily enacted my worst fear of how I would possibly deal if I stepped within 10 feet away from him. I love when a meteorologist is like “Oh who cares about the weather!”  That sucks for the people who did care.
