Here’s a Photoshop tutorial with a new take on coloring! I hope you learn something different with this tut, feedback and requests for future effects would be much appreciated.
Also this is my first time writing something entirely in Adobe Dreamweaver and with some more practise I’ll get there!

T_T Doesn’t work in PSP.
But you can create a similar effect by gray scaling the picture, duplicating it, colourize & set it on overlay.
